[Urwid] scrolling by line and not by widget in listbox

Hi,

is it possible to scroll exactly one line in the listbox widget?

My use case is as follows: I have a list of widgets in a listbox, each
of which displays some data about an article: author, title, and an
abstract.

Normally I would like to scroll by widget, passing quickly between
articles, but sometimes I actually want to read the abstract, and if
the abstract is long, I'd like to scroll just one line, because this
way it's more convenient to read.
